“Take time to come back to yourself.” Those words from Thich Nhat Hanh are especially appropriate now that many of you have stepped outside of your daily routines. Those of us in the northern hemisphere are also experiencing spring. If you aren’t enjoying this season of new beginnings, then it is time to start.

Up Your Game

If you don’t like what you see when you spend more time with yourself, then now is a perfect time to “up your game.” Take control of your thoughts. Doing so uplifts not only yourself, but also positively influences the collective thoughts of humanity. When you find yourself pondering a negative situation or worrying about something, catch yourself and switch focus to a positive solution or outcome. Instead of focusing on the problems, concentrate on the solutions.

Create Ideal Scenarios

One of the best ways to begin manifesting what you choose instead of just taking whatever comes along is to start creating ideal scenarios for your life. The golden ticket blog guides you in a simple three step process to do just that. And the cool thing about it is that each time you claim an ideal scenario there is a Serenity Vibration Healing process that continually clears blocks to you manifesting what you’ve chosen. A great ideal scenario to fuel would be to focus on the situation we are currently experiencing ending soon. You might also choose to fuel the reality that everything will be even better than before.

It is fun to spend time rambling on both emotional and physical scenarios to manifest. Play! Be expansive!

Uplifting Suggestions

While you are “social distancing” here are some recommendations to uplift yourself.

  • Take a walk in nature and pay attention to the renewal that is happening.
  • Listen to music you enjoy.
  • Count your blessings (It took me a couple of tries, but I was able to find toilet paper using the ideal scenario!)
  • Read something fun. (I’ve been re-reading some of my all-time favorite romance novels.)

Brighter Than You Can Imagine

Meeting an unimpeachable source who had been observing Earth for thousands of years rocked my world. The information this being shared with me was so compelling I realized the paradigm for the life I thought I’d be living was outdated.
